By joining the makeover event, the player agrees to the following:

To follow all rules listed below for the entire duration of the event.
To understand that rule violations may result in the horse being taken.
- You will have 3 warnings, upon the 4th issued warning the horse will be taken.
To train the horse step by step as instructed. If three warnings are issued, the horse will be taken.
To care for the horse properly at all times and remain compliant with staff and show hosts.
These are a long-term events running over multiple weeks. Do not sign up if you cannot commit for the full duration. All event posts will be released at the same time so players may plan ahead.
This process will not be 100% realistic. Due to SWEM limitations, liberty work and ground-only training are not possible.

Makeover Rules 📜

All players must follow the training, location, and care guidelines listed below. Failure to do so will result in up to three(3) warnings, upon the forth(4th) warning the horse will be taken from your care.
Teams are not allowed.
This horse counts toward your horse limits, and players are expected to plan accordingly.
Horses will be registered under numbers upon winning them at the first auction and may be renamed afterward using the Horse Documentation Rename Form.
Horses may not be sold, bred, traded, or surrendered at any point until after the final auction.
If you cannot complete the makeover due to personal reasons or discontinuation of membership, you must open a #support ticket and inform staff. Refunds will not be issued, but staff will ensure the horse is placed in a proper home. Horses may not be handed off to another player.
Players must ensure horses have consistent access to food and water and are regularly groomed.
- 5+ missed meals/drinks will trigger an investigation.
- Horses that are consistently dirty will also be investigated.
Trading event horses is strictly prohibited, as horses are obtained through an auction system.
