Animal Pricing Guidelines 📋

To help prevent price gouging, we've put together a recommended price sheet for all animals. Please read the following rules carefully:

Horses must be sold at the listed price only — no exceptions.
- Do not combine horse sales in 1 single transfer. Transfer all horses sales separately.
For tamed pets, livestock, and aquatic livestock, the listed prices are maximum limits. You may sell them for less, but you may not charge more than the price shown.
These animal prices are not tied to the server's item-based economy — they exist to ensure fair animal trading only.

EITHER 1 Stall within regulation or pasture within regulation from the link above 1 Covered Area for protection from rain. Barn and/or Pasture must be secure (no escapable areas) Access to Food and Water Areas that have access to multiple horse should not have half barrels. No Underground Housing

To get your horse price, add (+) Breed, Jump Stat, Health Stat, Speed Stat, Gender, and Affinity Stat Together. Donkey + Level III Jump + Level V Speed + Level I Health + Mare + Bonded = Total 0 + 10000 + 5000 + 2000 + 3000 + 100000 = 120000T
